We’re proud to be working with one of Nottinghamshire’s oldest and best-known charities, supporting them with their marketing strategy and promotional activities so more people can benefit from its support services.
Nottinghamshire YMCA, which formed in 1871, provides accommodation for the homeless and promotes youth development, healthy living and social responsibility across Nottinghamshire and Goole in East Riding of Yorkshire. The charity also runs a 24-hour gym with CrossFit facilities, affordable childcare services and young people’s programmes.
Through our partnership, the charity will boost its communications activities over the next three years in a bid to attract additional service users.
Projects include eye-catching and innovative promotional material to raise the profile of YMCA’s gym, adventure camps, music sessions and fundraising activities, and the promotion and launch of the charity’s new Community and Activity Village, based in Newark-on-Trent, which offers a range of affordable sports, health and childcare programmes for people in Newark and Sherwood.
Through our core values of caring, honesty, respect and social responsibility, our range of programmes aim to support local individuals, families and communities to improve health and wellbeing for all. To make this a success, and help us to improve many people’s lives, we need a strong strategic and creative agency behind us. I am delighted that we have managed to find one, that can deliver upon both of these areas, in Threerooms. Simon Brighty, Operations Manager – Marketing, Comms. and Funding at Nottinghamshire YMCA
Threerooms was selected due to our extensive experience in marketing charities and businesses in Nottinghamshire and worldwide, and we’re thrilled to be working with such a historic and important organisation, especially in our home city of Nottingham.
We’re looking forward to supporting the Nottinghamshire YMCA marketing team for the next three years to meet the aspirations of the organisation.
