Hallam’s mission was clear: to nurture a team of world-class experts, leading a transformation in marketing. Hallam needed a new visual identity to clarify their motives and encompass their culture in a way that their current identity couldn’t.

With ambitious goals and a drive for success, Hallam looked to Threerooms for a progressive brand identity that positioned them as the driving force in the market. We designed an iconic identity that would not only attract new customers but empower their staff too.

Designing the ‘Tricon’ brandmark

As part of their growth strategy, Hallam shifts towards a more holistic strategic offering rather than just tactical activities. Three words underpin the Hallam approach: Think, Act, Improve. With all three combined in varying degrees, everyone thrives.

Aligned with their new strategy, the Tricon was born, with striking directional arrows to represent the three aspects of online growth. The Tricon is intentionally bold so it can be used as a standalone mark; it’s memorable, unique, and represents all things Hallam. They are driven, progressive and always growing.

Branding their interior space

Their office interior also had an overhaul where the Tricon, inspirational wording and illustrations have been applied to create a space that embodies this ambitious agency.

With a vibrant colour palette and people-focused photography, a strong and inspiring brand image was created for the multi-award-winning agency. It’s now been rolled out on various marketing collateral and their new website.
