Founded in 1824 in the heart of the West Midlands, Hill & Smith began as Hill’s Ironworks. From crafting puddling machines to contributing to iconic structures like the Sydney Harbour Bridge and shaping the nation’s highways, their 200-year journey is steeped in British manufacturing heritage. Today, Hill & Smith Infrastructure continues to create safer, more sustainable spaces to live, work and travel through relentless innovation and service excellence.
Reaching a 200-year milestone is a rare achievement. The bicentenary campaign was designed to celebrate Hill & Smith’s heritage while reinforcing its position as an industry leader. The goal was to honor its legacy, engage employees and strengthen brand awareness among clients and stakeholders.
The campaign brought Hill & Smith’s history to life through a multi-channel approach, featuring an animated timeline video, an interactive timeline and a corporate documentary-style video. By blending history, engagement and forward-thinking initiatives, the campaign reinforced Hill & Smith’s mission to create safer, more sustainable spaces while strengthening brand loyalty and industry leadership.
