As a popular place to study, the London student accommodation scene is highly competitive. With significant restoration projects in the pipeline, the Optivo team felt that a new student-centred brand was needed to bring cohesion and connection to the project, and its audience.

Revitalising London student accommodation through rebranding
Working alongside the student management team, and in collaboration with the architects, we completed a full rebrand for each site. With in-depth market research, a bold approach, and by taking inspiration from the buildings themselves, we were able to create branding that connected with students while being true to the sites themselves.
