Overview

A range of vibrant student halls in London operated by one of the UK’s largest housing providers, Optivo. With over 800 rooms and a 24/7 on-site support team, its a place to feel at home, to meet new friends and enjoy the best of university life.

Challenge

As a popular place to study, the London student accommodation scene is highly competitive. With significant restoration projects in the pipeline, the Optivo team felt that a new student-centred brand was needed to bring cohesion and connection to the project, and its audience.

Outcome

Working alongside the student management team, and in collaboration with the architects, we completed a full rebrand for each site. With in-depth market research, a bold approach, and by taking inspiration from the buildings themselves, we were able to create branding that connected with students while being true to the sites themselves.

Our market research found that savvy students – not parents – make the final decision on where to live. We needed to appeal directly to them.
