Our Elves spread some Christmas cheer
The Threerooms elves were out and about this week. This year, instead of sending out cards and gifts, we decided to give to those who need support. So the team decided to donate to a local food bank to spread some Christmas cheer and yumminess. Let’s face it, purse strings are tighter than ever for more people than ever this year:
1 in 5 people live below the poverty line in the UK
2.1 million food parcels in 2021-22
832,000 of these parcels went to children
This is not ok.
So we hit the local supermarket, stocked up and headed down to The East & West Nottingham Foodbank at Hope House in Beeston – right in the heart of the community where our MD, Ian, grew up. The place was filled with amazing volunteers, who were all there to bring help to those who need it most.

2022 at 3R… we’ve been sleighin’ it!
We have had a fab-yule-ous year at Threerooms. From game-changing tech to life-changing charities, we’ve worked with some amazing clients… and continue to do so as we help them keep brand momentum up and quality high.
And an exciting end to the year is that our project for Royal Entomological Society has been shortlisted for two prestigious Transform Branding Awards this year. Excellent!
Stars… we’ve expanded our remote team
We’ve been remote since the first lockdown, but this year, we took it to another level. We’ve welcomed both Jo Berthelot and Rocío Guerrero Pastor to the team. Jo is based down in Devon and was one of our trusted copywriting freelancers before becoming an official part of the team.
And Rocío is over in sunny Spain (yes, we’re jealous as we freeze over here!) and has joined as a Senior Account Manager to cover Rosie’s maternity leave.
Newborn: a special addition to our family…
We have to mention a very special addition to the extended Threerooms family. Rosie has been part of the Threerooms furniture for…ever, so we know our regular (and new) clients would want to know that beautiful baby Henrietta arrived at the end of November! Welcome to the world, little one!
A mistle-toast to the holiday season
